Have you ever had those days where you have had the worst sleep ever which includes the most lucid dreams and then proceed to wake up feeling all out of sorts? These days can be quite difficult to manage as we have become confused during the night on what is real and fantasy. We move through the day like a zombie trying to accomplish everyday tasks yet having these unearthing thoughts on our mind. How do we move forward and undo the thoughts that go on through our minds during the night? As the day goes on we can come to the realization that our dreams may unearth certain thoughts that we avoid or depress during our everyday lives. Sometimes it is important to examine these dreams as well as finding a way to move on from the confusion and depressed feelings. This can be very hard at times yet if we depress these thoughts and feelings we may not be able to avoid similar experiences.
